On Christmas Eve you will taste dishes prepared according to the chef's signature menu, and the dinner will be enhanced by a visit from a special guest — Santa Claus. We also invite you to Christmas breakfasts and a festive dinner full of traditional dishes.

For our Guests we offer a wealth of attractions that will allow you to spend carefree time with your loved ones. You can look forward to a bonfire with sausage roasting and warming mulled wine for adults, a guided walk along the Masurian trails, family workshops, decorating the Christmas tree together and Santa Claus' culinary academy, which will let you feel the unique atmosphere of the Christmas season. As every year, our Guests will have the opportunity to take part in a draw and win a voucher for the Mazurian SPA. A live carol concert will also provide an atmospheric backdrop to these days.

During your stay we encourage you to visit the hotel's wellness area equipped with a swimming pool, dry sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi, or to book a unique session in the iconic Finnish sauna on the shore of Lake Isąg, which offers an incredible view of the winter scenery. And if you wish to give yourself or a loved one a gift, we invite you to the Mazurian SPA to take advantage of a wide range of treatments and massages.

Children policy

Children under 5 stay free of charge (if sleeping on the existing beds). Children above 5 stay at a full price. ATTENTION!!! We kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, additional provisions aimed at protecting minors who have become victims of violence came into force on February 15, 2024 (so-called "Lex Kamilek" Act). Under this Act, representatives of, among others, the hotel industry have been obliged to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e., to establish whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom they have arrived and whether the child is not in danger in the given situation. THEREFORE, AN IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU: If the child covered by the reservation arrives at the hotel/premises and is checked in by a person who is not their parent or legal guardian, it will be the duty of the reception staff to require this person to present a PARENTS'/LEGAL GUARDIAN'S CONSENT STATEMENT REGARDING THE CHILD'S STAY UNDER THE CARE OF THAT PERSON (a template of the document is available online or upon request our reception can provide it to you). The aforementioned situation applies not only to unrelated persons with the child but also, among others, to the child's grandparents or uncles who are not their legal guardians at that time. We kindly ask for your understanding towards our staff who, in accordance with the above-mentioned amendment, have been obliged (under the threat of a fine) to undertake such actions.

Cancellation conditions

30% advance online payment is required to make a booking. In the case of cancellation of a guaranteed booking or a no-show of a Guest at the Hotel, the Hotel shall charge the Guest with the amount equal to the advance payment, the amount of which is set at a minimum of 50% of the value of the ordered services. BOOKING CONDITIONS: • the room is dedicated to a single or a double use • the price for the room includes one or two full-pay persons.
